Section 72
As may be arranged by contract
The parties involved in creating, transmitting, receiving, collecting or processing electronic records in any other way shall perform their work accordingly in such a way that none or all of the provisions of paragraph-3 are not applicable or by making some changes in the provisions mentioned in that paragraph. They can arrange by agreement so that the proceedings are orderly.
